Interested in being an Apprentice?
So, you want to be an apprentice?
We offer a number of apprenticeships through Music4Good. They are highly sought after opportunities at record labels, collecting societies, industry bodies, publishing companies and management teams.
What is a Music4Good apprenticeship?
Music4Good offers dedicated music business apprenticeships that are 9 months long, full time, vocational learning opportunities with a fun and relevant educational aspect accredited to level 3 (equivalent to A-Level standard). See the Education (hyperlink) section for more information.
On the job, the apprentice will be expected to work as a member of the team and will be given tasks, projects and responsibilities.
Music4Good selects suitable candidates matching their skills and interests with the most relevant employer.

How to get involved
Apprenticeships suit employers with either 2 or 200 employees, and it doesn't matter what type of business you are - record label, publisher, management, PR, collecting society etc, the Music4Good apprenticeships can fit your needs.
How we deliver the apprenticeships
Music4Good is the interface between employers and the future of your workforce - bright, passionate young people from diverse backgrounds. We work with community music projects and youth provision across London providing accessible and aspirational career opportunities for an often disadvantaged demographic. Our initiative aims to train and provide a different generation of apprentices, challenging the stereotypes of recruitment, internships and work experience in the UK music industry.
